Today’s WOD turned out to be practicing technique for back squat, front squat, and overhead squat. After the class was over I stuck around for another 2 1/2 hours working on getting my max at front and back squat. Fuck you overhead squats.
Ended up with at max 225 back squat and 210 front squat. Pretty happy with those results.
Did some measurements today and I have lost some weight, lost inches in my waist, and gained inches in my hips. Bam, getting those big glutes.
